Plastic housing with deviating and standard dimensions
We use the plastic thermoforming process to meet economic and aesthetic requirements: Individual adaptations, e.g. for molded plastic parts for hot water boilers, in diameter or plastic color are no problem for swissplast. We use efficient thermoforming to manufacture both individually shaped workpiece carriers and standardized plastic moulded parts for commercial vehicles exactly to your specifications. Large quantities in no way affect our ability to deliver, which is why we also manufacture plastic molded parts for motorhomes.
Full service from swissplast: from the sketch to the finished plastic cladding
Our plants produce plastic molded parts and components exactly according to our customers’ wishes. We use the maximum forming area of 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm for vacuum forming very large plastic claddings and plastic housings.
swissplast provides you with everything from a single source: we take care of creating the sketch and incorporate the design proposal for the plastic molded part into our in-house 3D CAD system. After approval of the prototype and the samples, we produce the plastic housings in series or individually according to your specifications – at the end of this production process, we have high-quality and design-oriented plastic cladding as well as precisely fitting plastic molded parts. On request, we can also arrange special delivery solutions that can be integrated into your work processes. swissplast – Molded plastic parts from Swiss and German production
We are a leading manufacturer of plastic molded parts in Switzerland and Germany and supply customers throughout Europe. Our main area of business is the production of plastic parts by thermoforming. A plastic sheet is heated, melted, placed over a template and shaped in this way. The process is particularly versatile, as it can be used to produce a wide range of different plastic parts. The limit is the dimension of our thermoforming machines, namely 3000 x 2000 x 1000mm. As a manufacturer of plastic parts, we can realize any request in these dimensions. We stand for transparent communication, so that every plastic molded part is implemented in close consultation with our customers.
